Charm City Jimmies Take Monty Brewster Memorial Series Tuesday, November 5th , 2058 The Charm City Jimmies ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Nashville Bluebirds 4-3 to win the Monty Brewster Memorial Series. Charm City won the series 4-2, capturing the title for the 3rd time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Charm City manager Pedro Medina. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 94-68 and claimed first place in the Johnson League Atlantic Division. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and second baseman Dave Ackerman said the Jimmies have "great fans and they deserve this."
