Done Deal: Báldez for Vannatta Monday, August 26th , 2058 In a move that has left many fans wondering, the Yellow Springs Nine have traded 29-year old RHP António Báldez to the Charm City Jimmies. In return, the Nine receive 26-year old RHP Ty Vannatta. For the season Báldez has 3 saves, tossed 91 innings, fanned 90 batters and produced an ERA of 5.54. He has also been credited with 5 wins and 11 losses. This year Vannatta has collected 1 save in 23 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 4-4 won-lost mark with a 5.97 ERA and fanned 110 batters in 113 innings. Opponents are hitting him at a .270 clip in 2058. |
