The Hustlers pitching corps quieted his hot bat and snapped his streak at 21 games, but his teammates picked up the slack to lead the Jackrabbits to a 3-2 victory at John Ducey Park. "Hey, ain't nothin' bad about a losing a 21-game hitting streak," Puente joked with reporters after the game. "Now you guys will have to find someone else to bother for stories." Puente is batting .300 with 2 home runs and 38 RBIs this season. |   |
