The home crowd had a good time watching the Las Vegas Hustlers and Phoenix Talons get after it.

The Phoenix Talons downed the Las Vegas Hustlers, 12-4. The hitting star was left fielder Manuel Torres. Torres belted 2 home runs, while scoring 4 times and driving in 4 for the Talons. Las Vegas falls to 5-2.

Torres contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Phoenix in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 3-1, Torres took a fastball from Bret Harrell and stroked the home run to left-center. His 5th home run of the season allowed the Talons to leap in front, 4-3.

"I still think this team can play even better," Torres told the Phoenix Daily News.
