 | Hits Galore: Ramírez Drills 5 Hits Thursday, November 26th, 2043 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Pensacola's Ernesto Ramírez made it happen today against the Spuds. Everything came together at the plate for the 20-year-old second baseman as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and led the Jimmies to a 9-6 win at Great American Ball Park. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Ramírez said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Ernesto Ramírez tripled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off J.R. Jayne in the 7th.
