Mahir Named PL Jack Sellers Pitcher Award Winner Monday, September 30th , 2058 The Provost League announced today that Sabir Mahir has been chosen the Jack Sellers Pitcher Award winner for 2058. The Hollywood hurler had everything working for him as he cruised to an outstanding 15-4 record. Mahir put up an impressive 2.31 ERA in his award-winning season. He started 28 times, worked 167.2 innings, yielded 153 hits, walked 47, fanned 140 and held opposing hitters to a .247 average. He received 25 first place votes out of a possible 32. António Chave of the Pahrump Ranchers finished second in voting with 7 first place votes, while Pete Hulett of the Springdale Roosters finished third.
