Baxter League Announces #1 Player Monday, August 26th , 2058 It was a fantastic week for Eau Claire right fielder António Correa and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the Baxter League Player of the Week Award. Last week Correa hammered the ball at a torrid .500 pace, going 16-for-32 with 1 home run, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Correa is currently hitting at a .390 pace with 16 home runs and 71 RBIs. |
