Seminoles Won't Get Playoff Berth Tuesday, August 20th , 2058 The Ocala Seminoles will have to play out the season without even the faintest glimmer of hope for a late-season playoff push. The club was mathematically eliminated today from postseason contention. The Seminoles have missed the playoffs 51 times in their 64 years as a Charley Pegler League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 5th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2053. In the last 10 seasons, the Seminoles have only made the playoffs once. |
