Charlesbourg's Echevarría Will Miss Season Tuesday, August 13th , 2058 Rafael Echevarría has to call it a season. The Charlesbourg Castors first baseman sustained a season-ending injury against the Toledo Liberty and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Echevarría was injured while running the bases. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn meniscus and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. Presently Echevarría is batting .303 with 11 home runs and 48 RBIs. He has played in 113 games and scored 49 times. |
