Hulbert Nets BL #1 Pitcher Award Monday, July 1st , 2058 A relief pitcher really has to distinguish himself in order to get recognition by the media, but today the spotlight shined brightly on Charlie Hulbert as he was named the Baxter League Pitcher of the Month. He made no relief appearances and compiled no saves, 34 innings, 29 strikeouts and a 2.38 ERA. In June Hulbert was 5-0. To this point in the season, Hulbert has rung up no saves in no relief appearances. He has also crafted a 2.98 ERA, 5 wins and 2 losses and 36 strikeouts in 42.1 innings. |
