Portland Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, September 6th , 2058 It certainly could have been worse this year for the Portland Lumberjacks, but that does not mean it was a season to remember. The team was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Portland last appeared in the postseason in 2052. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 19-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Lumberjacks have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
