#1 Johnson League Newcomer Named Thursday, August 1st , 2058 Youngster Feng-yi Fung emerged as the latest Johnson League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Phoenix deserved the honor, batting .326 with 11 home runs and 24 RBI. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Fung enjoy the limelight. So far this season Fung has put up a .277 batting average with 104 hits, 28 home runs and 76 RBIs. |
