Reggie Vargas had a good game, but he could not keep the Omaha Cyclones from falling, 6-4, to the Yellow Springs Nine at Mordonez Ballpark. The Omaha designated hitter went 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once in the loss. Yellow Springs is now 53-73.

Yellow Springs used the clutch hitting of Felipe Delgado to capture the win. The catcher drilled a bases-clearing double in the top of the sixth inning to give the Nine the lead, 4-3. For the game, Delgado had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Delgado told the Yellow Springs Today.
