Takashi Nakamura pitched well, but the Omaha Cyclones still lost the game, falling 4-1 to the Yellow Springs Nine at Mordonez Ballpark. The Nine move to 52-72 with the win, while the Cyclones drop to 65-59.
Yellow Springs took the lead in the top of the sixth. With no one out and the bases empty, Burhan Tahir stroked a solo home run to make it 2-1, Nine.
"It's a good day to be a fan after a win like that," Tahir told the Yellow Springs Today.
