The Rocky Mountain Oysters beat the Mexico City Aztecs, 9-1, at Ullamaliztli Field. Nam-cheol U went 2-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The 32-year old left fielder was a menace to Mexico City all day. Aaron Stevens got the win, improving to 4-0. He held the Aztecs to 1 run on 6 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 6 and walking 0. Felipe Vega recorded his 5th save for Rocky Mountain.
In the top of the first of a scoreless game, U hit a 3-run home run to put his team ahead.
"We did more than enough to get the win," said U.
The 4th-place Oysters are now 67-57, the Aztecs 62-62.
