The Charm City Jimmies knocked off the Boise Spuds, 6-4, at F. Nephi Grigg Memorial Stadium. Nelson Cadiou hit 1 single and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Rannal Seldon got the win, improving to 4-4. He pitched 5.1 innings, giving up 6 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 3. The Jimmies improved to a lofty 31-13.
Bane McCoy, who leads the JL with a .443 on-base percentage, helped out the Charm City cause in the top of the eighth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the designated hitter drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances.
