Castillo Homers Twice in 5-4 Jimmies Win
A good performance from second baseman Danny Castillo helped the Charm City Jimmies defeat the Rockville Pikemen, 5-4. Castillo went 3-3 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3 for the Jimmies. Allen Davidson went 6 innings for Charm City to pick up the win. The left-hander was charged with 2 runs. He scattered 6 hits, while walking 0 and striking out 7. His record improves to 1-3. Manuel Barrera finished to wrap up his 8th save.

Charm City took a 5-2 lead on Castillo's 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which he hit off Joe MacIndoe in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Charm City to the win.

"It's not about individual awards," Castillo told a Charm City Bulletin reporter after the game. "It's about winning championships. That's what we play for."

The Pikemen fall to 10-13 and continue their rocky start to the 2058 season.
