Oakes has 3 hits to Power Pioneers Offense
The Calgary Pioneers defeated the Las Vegas Hustlers by the score of 7-1, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Kurt Oakes. Oakes went 3-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Pioneers on the day. Victor Evans was the winner. He's now 14-8. The loser was 28-year old left-handed pitcher Claudio Rodríguez.
