Hebrew Hammers Beat Thunder Bears, 5-1
|
Ed Noble, who signed a 2-year contract worth $2,200,000 on 03/11/2061, was terrific for the Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers in his team's 5-1 triumph over the Moscow Thunder Bears. His performance earned Noble rave reviews. The loss makes the Thunder Bears 6-9.
With two out in the bottom of the fifth, Xinpeng Zhào hit a go-ahead, 2-run double. It was his 2nd double of the season and with it the Hebrew Hammers took a 3-1 lead.
"I didn't leave too many pitches out over the plate," said Noble.
