The Minnesota Twins knocked off the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-4, at Miller Park. Paco Salazar was a big reason Minnesota won. The right fielder was 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Michael West, the winner, goes to 9-3. He allowed 4 runs on 10 hits, with 3 walks and 4 strikeouts over 5 innings. Paul Heintze finished the game for Minnesota and earned his 41st save.

With Minnesota leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Salazar hit a fastball from Luchino DeMauro for a run-scoring double. It was his 29th double of the season and put the Twins ahead, 2-0.
