Pilots Announce Kubo Will Retire Sunday, August 1st , 2060 Masamichi Kubo of the Sao Paulo Pilots announced his retirement from Global Baseball Consortium today. The 41-year-old veteran told reporters that he has enjoyed his time playing ball, but that it is time for someone else to have a shot. "It's a young man's game," Kubo said, "and I'm not a young man anymore." As far as career numbers, Kubo has compiled a .270 batting average and collected 489 hits, 67 home runs and 223 RBIs. |
