JL's Top Starter is Fleming Tuesday, October 1st , 2058 Jim Fleming really strutted his stuff in September with 5 wins and no losses and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Johnson League. The Charlotte starter was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 28.1 innings of work, Fleming limited opposing batters to 27 base hits and a .245 batting average.
