Boise's Román JL's Best Monday, September 9th , 2047 At the age of 27, Félix Román might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Boise center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .444 batting average. For his efforts Román collected the Johnson League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 7 home runs and 12 RBIs last week in 7 games. For the year Román is batting .291 with 38 home runs, 91 RBIs and 97 runs scored. |
