 | Hitting Streak Still Alive for Cochran Saturday, August 25th, 2046 Tommy Cochran collected 2 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. His club, the San Fernando Bears, beat the Valencia Stars 11-1. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Cochran quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Tommy Cochran singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a sac fly in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
