Wolves Rally For 3-2 Win
The Madison Wolves took San Fernando pitcher Morgan Tomsett's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Chico's Bail Bonds Field. The final score had Madison getting past the Bears, 3-2. Tomsett went 6 innings and allowed no runs, striking out 4. Madison reliever Asvin Sivakumaran picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Richard Bullock shouldered the loss. Wesley Turner earned save number 25 this season.

The most critical at-bat came in the top of the ninth inning. With two out, Manobu Shimizu hit a 0-1 splitter from Richard Bullock for a run-scoring single. It put Madison in front, 3-2.

"I know we have our doubters," said San Fernando manager Jim Hogan. "But I still have high hopes for this team."

Madison is now 42-58.
