Buenos Aires Brisas starter Cody Glynn turned in a top-notch performance against the London Monarchs at London Stadium. The result was a win for the Brisas, 2-0. Glynn, the winner, moves to 5-4. He threw 6 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 2 and giving up 2 walks. With the win over London, the Brisas improved to 36-33.

Buenos Aires used the bat of José Carlos to capture the win. The center fielder jacked a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Brisas ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Buenos Aires manager Bill Inkster said.
