Wild Card Clinched by Round Rock Monday, September 9th , 2176 The Round Rock Express certainly made things interesting. The East Division club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said starting pitcher Dan Stewart. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Express have in fact made it, with their 71-73 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 16th Class AAA League championship. |
