Round 2 Goes the Distance, Tarawa Prevails Wednesday, March 6th , 2058 In a series that had a little bit of everything, the Tarawa Sun Kings have edged the Port Moresby Seahawks. The two rival clubs went the distance in the tightly-contested Round 2, with a 8-7 win in the clincher being the difference for Tarawa and giving them the ticket to the Round 3 with a 4-3 series triumph. "We never stopped believing in ourselves. When push came to shove we were going to get it done," said Hokulani Ioela, who was named series MVP. For the series, Ioela hit .308 with a .419 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 10 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Tarawa Sun Kings don't know who they will face in the next round.
