Tonga Narrowly Wins Conference 2 Division 1 Thursday, February 14th , 2058 The Tonga Killers have narrowly captured the Conference 2 Division 1. "You start to get nervous seeing the standings bunched up late in the season," said starting pitcher Makani Samesona. "I'm proud of our guys for coming through." The pennant chase persisted into the final days of the season, but in the end it was the Killers coming out on top for their 6th division crown. The club will now seek to capture the franchise's 4th Round 3. |
