Suva Eliminated from Playoff Contention Tuesday, February 12th , 2058 Suva Desperados manager Kosami Sato said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for a spot in the postseason. Before this season, the Desperados last missed the playoffs in 2056. In the 21 years they have been a Oceania Baseball Academy franchise, they have missed the playoffs 8 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Desperados have missed the playoffs 3 times. Suva last won the Round 3 in 2052. |
