Conference 2 Division 2 Champions Crowned Monday, February 12th , 2057 The Guam Emperors are trying to accomplish something that's never been done before - hosting a Round 3 parade in the city of Guam. They've taken the big first step, winning the Conference 2 Division 2 title. "We want to win a championship, that's our ultimate goal and something our franchise deserves," said starting pitcher Joseph Arnold. "Our coaches, GM and ownership have been behind us, it's time to make that effort pay off." The club's record sits at 23-14 and it is the 3rd time they've won the division title. Team manager Augusto Núñez said it will be the "accomplishment of a lifetime" if he can lead the team to a championship. "It's what we've been working towards for so long," he said. |
