Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Sunday, February 4th , 2057 Brad Worsfold of the Brisbane Beacons and Murtadhy Paringa of the Tonga Killers received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 7 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at The Beacon. This year Worsfold has hit 7 home runs and posted a .341 batting average. To date this season Paringa has compiled a 2-1 record with a 2.86 ERA in 5 starts. |
