The 24-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Far East Baseball League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .567 average (17-for-30) with 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 11 runs scored. For the year Oike has hit at a .382 clip with 96 RBIs, 22 home runs and 143 runs scored. |
