Koalas Kitamura Smacks 5 Hits Friday, August 30th , 2058 The Kuala Lumpur Koalas tripped up the Hokkaido Huskies 15-3 today. The Koalas were led by Hitoshi Kitamura, their 21-year-old third baseman. Kitamura made life miserable for Hokkaido pitchers all day, tagging them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. Hitoshi Kitamura doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a three-run double in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
