Windies Watson Suffers Setback Monday, September 9th , 2058 It was learned today in Port Elizabeth that starting pitcher Jim Watson would miss more time because his recovery from a herniated disc was not going as well as expected. The Windies, however, were quick to relay that the setback did not seem to be serious and that Watson would only miss 5 days more. This year Watson has made 0 starts, thrown 35.1 innings, fanned 29 batters and walked 12. His won-lost record is 1-1 with a 3.06 ERA. |
