Brazzaville Takes Round 1 Thursday, September 15th , 2050 The Brazzaville Bolts are on to the Round 2, having knocked out the Luanda Anglers 4-2. The final blow came tonight at Bolts Field, where Brazzaville sealed the Round 1 with a 3-1 triumph. Shafiq Zahir was instrumental in the series win and was given MVP honors. Zahir hit .391 with a .440 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Brazzaville Bolts will play against the Ndali Barons in the next round.
