Extension Keeps Martínez in Jerusalem Thursday, July 4th , 2052 Reports began circulating several days ago that Jorge Martínez would re-sign with the Hebrew Hammers, but didn't materialize until today when the club officially confirmed BNN's reports. Details were sketchy, though Jerusalem did say Martínez would be with the club 1 year beyond his current deal. This season Martínez has picked up 20 saves and a 2-4 mark with a 3.29 ERA. He has made 35 relief appearances, thrown 38.1 innings, walked 7 and struck out 22. |
