Brisas António Román Hurt Sunday, August 27th , 2051 Whether he wants it or not, António Román of the Buenos Aires Brisas will be getting some R & R -- rest and relaxation. The left fielder was hurt in today's Brisas-Fighting Centaurs game while running the bases. Team officials announced after the game that Román had suffered a strained back muscle and would be out of action for 3-4 weeks. For the year Román has hit .304 with 30 home runs, 104 RBIs and scored 72 runs. |
