 | Bancroft League Names Rookie of Month Saturday, September 1st, 2046 Youngster Vinnie Youngberry emerged as the latest Bancroft League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Athens deserved the honor, batting .365 with 7 home runs and 22 RBI. Is the month of August a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Youngberry enjoy the limelight. This year Youngberry is batting .318 with 17 home runs. |   |
