 | August's Best BURT Hurler is Stallard Saturday, September 1st, 2046 In August Baghdad starter Allan Stallard mystified Burt League hitters and carried off the Pitcher of the Month honors by chalking up a 4-1 record in 5 starts. The 21-year-old Stallard added 33 strikeouts in 37.2 innings and 5 walks to his season record and compiled a 3.35 ERA. Opposing batters hit .209 against him.
