Super Swinger -- Kim Slams 5 Hits Friday, February 28th , 2053 It was high-fives all around for Dong-soo Kim at Gunners Field today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Helsinki Jokerit. Kim smashed 5 hits in 7 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 16-12 win. "Dong-soo was hitting everything," said Gunners manager Travis Gómez. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Jokerit manager Mike Bradshaw told BNN beat writers that Kim "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Kim oversleeps next time." Dong-soo Kim grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
