Red Bulls Prevail, as Round 1 Goes to the Wire Tuesday, February 25th , 2053 International Finishing Consortium pundits who figured the Round 1 between the Salzburg Red Bulls and Taipei Black Bears would go the distance were right on the mark. The two teams battled back and forth in a spirited series, with Salzburg coming out on top thanks to a 3-0 win in the deciding game at Bears Field, to wrap things up 4-3. "You get to the last game and anything can happen, so we're overjoyed to come out on top," said Red Bulls right fielder Asadel Nasser, who was named series MVP. For the series, Nasser had 11 hits for a .407 average. He had 2 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 7 runs. The Salzburg Red Bulls will play against the Mt. Fuji Bullets in the next round. Mt.
