Haymakers Won't Get Playoff Berth Thursday, August 21st , 2059 Coming close doesn't make missing the playoffs easier for the Hastings Haymakers. Club manager Víctor Asario said it's a "tough pill to swallow" as the club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row.
