Santo Domingo wrapped up the series sweep with a 6-5 win in the last game, to take the series 2-0. "We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Shaukat Wattu, who was named series MVP. For the series, Wattu hit .500 with a .600 on-base percentage.
