Pérez Fires Shutout in Anglers Victory Sunday, August 11th , 2058 Ernesto Pérez held the Tortuga Tides to 5 hits and fashioned a fine 12-0 shutout at The Shell today. Speaking after the game, Coco Cay Anglers manager Brayden Bonaddio said "Pérez had everything going for him today. He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement. He was masterful." Pérez rung up 11 strikeouts and surrendered no walks in the game. "We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Tortuga manager Pedro Vázquez told reporters.
