Hit Parade: James Pops 5 Hits Monday, July 22nd , 2058 It takes more than one player to win a baseball game - as proven by Dennis James of the Port of Spain Royales. The Port of Spain third baseman gave it his all and dominated Caracas Sting pitching today at Royal Field, finishing with a great 5-for-5 line. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Sting going home the winner, 11-5. "There's no point gloating about a 5-hit day in a loss," James said later. "A loss just means you should have done more. Maybe I should have hit 5 home runs instead."
