Jafar Gandapur Injured, Out for Year Tuesday, June 25th , 2058 Jafar Gandapur of the Naranjeros just might have to call it quits for the season. The 20-year-old Hermosillo starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the Port au Prince Purple Aces recently at Port-au-Prince Park. Gandapur suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch. The Naranjeros medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 13 months. |
