San Pedro de Macoris Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Sunday, August 26th , 2057 San Pedro de Macoris Green Sox manager Alfonso MartÃnez said his players are "devastated" to have missed the playoffs. Today it became official -- the club has run out of games and was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for a spot in the postseason. San Pedro de Macoris last appeared in the postseason in 2050. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 33 times in their 42-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Green Sox have made the playoffs 2 times. |
