Hitting Streak Still Alive for Ortega Sunday, August 19th , 2057 Manuel Ortega went 1-for-4 in the 5-3 La Paz Toppers victory over the Cayman Islanders at Island Stadium today. Ortega declined to speak to reporters following the game. He extended his hitting streak to 30 games. Manuel Ortega struck out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, was hit by a pitch in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
