Tigers Move on to Round 3 Friday, March 8th , 2058 The Intelligrated Tigers are riding high after winning the Round 2 and eliminating the Ford Motors by a series score of 4-2. The final blow came tonight at Outlaws Ballpark, when Intelligrated secured its spot in the Round 3 with a 3-2 victory. "It feels good to put them away because we really didn't want to let them crawl back into this series," said shortstop Gonzalo Bruno, who was named series MVP. "A team like that, you need to bury them when you get the chance." Bruno certainly helped his team's cause, as he hit .481 with a .517 on-base percentage in the series. He also chipped in 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Intelligrated Tigers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the IBM Machines - General Electric Capitals series. IBM leads the series 3 games to 2. The Round 3 is scheduled to begin on March 10th , 2058.
